Would anyone know if the raw sweet potato is dangerous for any other animals such as small dogs, raccoons and squirrels?? I only want to get of the rats and mice, nothing else but I am frightened if I leave the raw potato outside, several animals would have access to it and possibly die as well. Another issue: it says the raw potato converts into cyanide in their stomachs and other animals could die from eating a dead rat. I know my Chihuahuas are unlikely to eat one nor our little squirrels but what about raccoons, do they eat dead rats? What animals would eat dead rats?? Thanks everyone!

I live south of Dallas, Tx. I have or shall I say HAD a beautiful garden. Rats/ mice have eaten my entire garden that consisted of gypsy bell peppers, red bell peppers, Serrano pepper, jalepano pepper, banana pepper, and marigolds! The only plants left are my tomatoe plants( one Roma tomato plant and one cherry tomato plant) First they are my marigolds and I mean all the way to the soil! Stalk and all the first night!! Second night ate my gypsy and red bell plants(veggies and all) along with some of the Serrano and Jalepano. Third night polished off what was left of the pepper plants and banana pepper plant. All these plants were planted in containers and sat on top of two pallets stacked on top of each other. What should I use that will not harm my dogs, and I also have my rabbits that are kept right by the plants. Please help me figure this out. I first thought this was a wild rabbit until I caught the rat in action!!!! Will Fox urine granules help deter rats as it does for rabbits?

This book proves that slaves were thought of as property and they were handed off to slaveholders, which tore families apart.

But to give a more to the point answer to your question, I would say: Was it not our Master and Lord who commanded us: “Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you? (Mt. 6:44). But from what you write about the Jews I conclude that this mind of Christ is certainly not what you have in mind. Or are these commandments of Christ perhaps too literal for you, and in need of a “spiritualization”?
